Brits are spending more of their monthly earnings on housing than nearly every other EU country, according to new research.
The vast majority of landlords in the UK are enjoying a positive relationship with their tenants, according to a new survey. In a poll of private landlords by digital inventory providers Imfuna, 96 per cent claimed to be on good terms with their tenants. The majority of those questioned cited 'regular communication' as the key to a good relationship.
First-time buyer sales have dropped to a six-month low, according to new figures. A report by The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) has revealed that first-time buyers accounted for just 17 per cent of house sales in May, which represents a huge drop from 24 per cent in April.
